This is what exactly Narcissism mean!

Did you ever meet someone who always thinks that world revolves around them and they can not handle criticism? sounds FAMILIAR??!!
this blog will help you understand what and who exactly are a narcissist.
before we start I would like to let you know that i am not a psychologist (currently on my way to become one), I have read a lot of articles 

WHAT IS NARCISSISM????
Psychologically, Narcissism is defined as "Inflated, grandiose self image"
if we break down  and try to understand this what we get :
  1. inflated : exaggerated
  2. grandiose :an unrealistic sense of superiority 
  3. self image: perception of one self (may or may not be true)
so now lets frame this definition as a person,
when someone thinks they provided 100% and  they are too much to handle,
they think they are superior than other person and they don't care about others, basically lack empathy,
 but this superiority is just in their mind.
This is a serious condition, you may think this is self confidence but NOOO!! this a is far from being confident. Any confident person wont lack empathy, no confident person needs a supplier to supply their inflated persona. A narcissist is always sacred of being exposed about their toxic cycle. A narcissist is basically a vampire of souls but they wont look like this at the start of relationship they are so social pleasing that we instantly attract to them, they are the kind of person we wish we were friends with but may lord save us!! NARCISSIST ABUSE IS REAL

MINOR SIGNS OF NARCISSIST: 
1.TALKING TOO MUCH ABOUT THEM 
2.NOT UNDERSTANDING YOUR EMOTION
3.ALWAYS MAKING CONVERSATION ABOUT THEM 
4.SPENDING TOO MUCH TIME IN THEIR APPEARANCE 
5. LEAVES YOU SECOND GUESSING ABOUT YOURSELF

sibling estrangment (part 1)

  I have seen so many times people feel bad for individuals who don't have siblings but no one seems to talk about toxic siblings or sibling estrangement.
